The Meng F-4G is a fabulous kit, but Meng missed a few key elements that all F-4G;s carried. One item is the belly Strap used to strengthen the wings with the addition of the leading edge maneuvering slats to increase trending performance. The GT Resin Belly Strap is especially made for the Meng F-4G and unlike vinyl or home made straps, contains all of the rivet details and plate thicknesses found in different parts of the strap assembly.
