Lacquer based liquid used by modelers for many uses including as a seam or surface filler and primer.  Fine particle surfacer that is perfect finishing touches before painting paint.  By using the "finishing Surfacer" before, you can be a uniform base covering the surface of parts with fine particles to obtain the color of the original paint which is hardly affected by the color.
