HAS09365 1:48 Hasegawa F-104G Starfighter 'Taiwan Airforce'

Capable of zipping along at double the speed of sound, the F-104G was an exceptional aircraft for its time and is still rightly renowned. The aircraft featured an extremely pared-down design with extremely thin wings, a tapering fuselage, and a massive engine. In Republic of China Air Force service, four Starfighters were called upon to stop an incursion of 8 MiG-19s into Quemoy airspace. The Starfighters downed two MiGs with no losses, proving the combat effectiveness of the type. This limited edition kit features ROCAF decals and English/Taiwanese directions.
