To delay drying time of Model Color, mix a few drops with the color, of dip brush into retarder on the palette. Colors will not change their consistency. Useful for "wet in wet" techniques and reducing skin formation on the palette.

Characteristics: Retarder is a colourless gel. Its use increases transparency of colours slightly.

Application: Mix with the colours or apply to surface of painting.
