A basic, but indispensable color set to start painting your ship models. With this set, you will be able to paint a wide variety of models, from wooden ships from Classical antiquity and the Age of Sail, such as caravels, galleys, galleons and ships of the line, to modern frigates, submarines and aircraft carriers, through a huge array of WWI and WWII vessels. Made up of a carefully chosen selection of essential ATOM colors, this set includes: Matt Black, Matt White, Wood, Dark Wood, Seal Grey and Blue Gray. Each color has been designed to offer comfort and precision, contributing to an impressive and accurate finish.

This set is not only ideal for beginners, but also for experienced modelers who simply do not have enough time to build their own selection of high-quality ship colors.

ATOM colors’ water-based formula behaves like a lacquer and has been optimized for maximum performance with both brush and airbrush. We recommended adding 30 % of Cleaner & Thinner (AMMAT20500) or Cleaner & Thinner Retarder (AMMAT20501). These paints stand out for being self-levelling, and quick drying, and for their covering power, making them unique to the market. In addition, ATOM paints are extremely durable, allowing for acrylics, enamels, and even hotter modelling products such as decal solutions to be applied over them once dry. 

These colors are presented in an innovative clear 20 ml container featuring a new cap that can be opened and closed with one hand. These paints are non-toxic and odorless.
