The Tupolev Tu-91(NATO reporting name:Boot) was a prototype of Soviet naval attack aircraft, designed in the early 1950s.The turboprop bomber was capable to takeoff and to land on unpaved airfields at night and at bad weather conditions. It could carry torpedoes,bombs or rocket pods under the fuselage and wing. Although, the prototype passed excellently all required tests, the Tu-91 project was cancelled by Nikita Khrushchev.
