TRP02823 1:48 Trumpeter Vickers Wellington Mk III British WWII Bomber #2823

Kit consists of 639 plastic parts plus photo etch and a film instrument panel. Markings are for No 115 Sqn RAF 1942 and No 425 Sqn RCAF North Yorkshire 1943. Completed kit measures over 15" long with a wingspan of about 21.5". A variant of the previously release MkIc, the Mk III featured the 1,375 hp (1,205 kW) Bristol Hercules III or XI engine and a four-gun tail turret, instead of two-gun. A total of 1,519 Mk IIIs were built and became mainstays of Bomber Command through the early 1940's.
