Description
The definitive F-100D was developed to improve the combat capability of the F-100C by being primarily a ground attack aircraft with secondary fighter capability. It was fitted with autopilot, upgraded avionics and Sidewinder capability.
Kit consists of 168 parts on 8 sprues. Completed kit measures over 13" long with a wingspan of nearly 10". Markings for Wethersfield Air Base and Tuy Hoa Base (Vietnam).
